Very solid Batman game.

The premise is this:

you are Batman
Bad guys are doing evil
you need pummel them to near death with your fists of justice

That’s about it. The simplicity just works though. Beating up goons is just plain old fun. That ending bang when you finish a fight is so satisfying.

The characters are true to the comics and well written, but man the voice acting really brings everyone to life. Worth every penny!

The gameplay is a bit simple. The graphics dated. It’s like a 15 year old game at this point so it’s to be expected, but it held up well. I will admit towards the end things did get repetitive, especially with all the stealth sections where you had to take out swarms of machine gun goons.

But those are minor gripes. The game is short and sweet - it doesn’t overstay its welcome. If you’re a Batman fan, this game will be a treat. I’m happy to have played it!
